TRIMSCAN™ is an advanced scanner for meat trimmings, for the control of fat and lean composition in the production of meat products. This system not only analyzes the fat content in meat batches, but also makes it possible to control the addition of fat or lean meat according to the established target fat percentage. Thus, it ensures that the mixture complies with the desired parameters and improves the quality of the final product.

Magnetic Induction Technology for Precise Measurement

TRIMSCAN™ uses a low intensity variable magnetic field to analyze the response of fat and lean tissues. This non-invasive process allows 100% of the product to be inspected, ensuring accurate measurements throughout the production process. Thanks to this technology, TRIMSCAN™ can measure in-line during production. This allows for automatic adjustments, adding more lean meat or more fat according to the defined target fat percentage.
