TRIMSCAN™ is a magnetic induction scanner designed for the online measurement and control of fat/lean percentage in processed meat products. Optionally, the scanner can also determine protein and moisture content. By inspecting 100% of the product with a low-intensity variable magnetic field, TRIMSCAN™ enables the production of meat batches with a specific fat/lean composition, ensuring a standardized product and reducing the variability of lean/fat content in recipes. Its intelligent algorithm, combined with dynamic weighing data, provides real-time results for fat and lean percentages.
