Vision systems are commonly used in industrial inspection for quality control, parts identification, gauging and guidance applications.

Our vision engineers have experience in vision hardware selection, as well as in the complete assembly and industrial integration of vision systems (2D and 3D). We develop customized solutions for quality control applications, including shape and pattern recognition, detection of defects, and colour analysis.

Furthermore, technological improvements in optical sensors and the reduction of manufacturing costs, have allowed the development of new systems based on spectral vision cameras. These systems overcome the limitations of traditional vision systems that provide information obtaining images beyond the visible spectrum.

Hyperspectral systems, collect information as a set of images obtained at different wavelengths to form a three-dimensional or hyperspectral image. In combination with image processing techniques, hyperspectral systems are already used in many industrial control applications and remote inspection.
