On June 14, we had the opportunity to visit ACCIONA’s Construction Technology Center in Madrid, where a follow-up meeting for the ATRIC 4.0 project was held (Accelerating the Transition to a sustainable, digital, and circular Industry 4.0, with new process technologies, AI, and industrial symbiosis to maximize the valorization of combustion waste in the infrastructure sector and reduce CO₂ emissions).
During the day, the consortium partners reviewed the progress achieved in the first six months of work and outlined the next steps to continue advancing the project’s objectives.
These meetings strengthen the collaboration between companies and technology centers, which is key to the success of ATRIC 4.0 and to accelerating the transition toward a more digital, sustainable, and circular industry.
The ATRIC 4.0 project has received funding from CDTI, which is supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation and with funding from the European Union through the guidelines included in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – NextGenerationEU.
