IRTA and Lenz Instruments S.L. formalize a collaboration agreement for the next years
The «Institut de Recerca i Tecnologia Agroalimentàries» (IRTA), based at the region of Catalunya (Spain), and Lenz Instruments have signed a Collaboration Agreement through which both entities will benefit from their complementary expertise.
This agreement further consolidates a collaboration already initiated two years ago, which has enable Lenz Instruments to validate our meat sorting systems using reference and standardized procedures. Furthermore, our fat analyzers have been extensively used by IRTA in several national and international research activities.
