El sistema integra un cabezal multi-sensor compuesto por una sonda Raman y una sonda de fotoluminiscencia.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un programari de control analitza de forma autom\u00e0tica la informaci\u00f3 espectral provinent del cap\u00e7al, identificant la pres\u00e8ncia de defectes microestructurals als materials del dispositiu i descartant autom\u00e0ticament aquells m\u00f2duls no adequats per a la fabricaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La detecci\u00f3 de defectes microestructurals a les primeres etapes del proc\u00e9s de fabricaci\u00f3 permet aix\u00ed optimitzar la productivitat de les l\u00ednies de fabricaci\u00f3, minimitzant a m\u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fas de recursos materials i energ\u00e8tics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema ha estat instal\u00b7lat a la planta pilot de producci\u00f3 del centre tecnol\u00f2gic ZSW ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zsw-bw.de\/\">zsw-bw.de<\/a> ) a Stuttgart, Alemanya.
