Una fina pel\u00b7l\u00edcula intercal\u00b7lar de PVB es segella entre dues l\u00e0mines de vidre, formant una estructura en \u201csandvitx\u201d que \u00e9s \u00f2pticament transparent i mec\u00e0nicament resistent. El PVB confereix al vidre laminat propietats mec\u00e0niques \u00faniques en termes de resist\u00e8ncia a l\u2019impacte i actua com a element aglutinant en cas que el vidre es trenqui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgrat els seus avantatges funcionals, el vidre laminat presenta preocupacions ambientals. Nom\u00e9s a Europa, s\u2019estima que al voltant de 480.000 tones de vidre laminat acaben en abocadors, a causa de la manca de t\u00e8cniques de reciclatge eficaces. A m\u00e9s, tot i que algunes tecnologies de reciclatge emergents es troben actualment en desenvolupament, la classificaci\u00f3 i caracteritzaci\u00f3 precisa dels materials de vidre laminat en fi de vida \u00e9s essencial per optimitzar els processos de reciclatge, aix\u00ed com per maximitzar el valor del material recuperat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per abordar aquest problema, LENZ INSTRUMENTS ha desenvolupat una soluci\u00f3 innovadora d\u2019inspecci\u00f3 per al vidre laminat, que actualment es troba en fase de demostrador. Aquesta soluci\u00f3 es basa en la combinaci\u00f3 de diferents t\u00e8cniques de detecci\u00f3, incloent l\u2019espectrosc\u00f2pia de transmissi\u00f3 en l\u2019infraroig proper (NIRS), i la implementaci\u00f3 de t\u00e8cniques d\u2019Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial (IA), per avaluar les principals propietats \u00f2ptiques i f\u00edsiques de la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula intercal\u00b7lar de PVB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema d\u2019inspecci\u00f3 SUNRISE per a vidre laminat consisteix en un sistema de transport que mou de manera cont\u00ednua les l\u00e0mines de vidre dins del volum d\u2019inspecci\u00f3. En pocs segons, els algoritmes d\u2019IA avaluen les propietats \u00f2ptiques de la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula intercal\u00b7lar de PVB (difusi\u00f3 i grogueig) i determinen la seva composici\u00f3 qu\u00edmica (tipus de plastificant). Segons els resultats de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi, els m\u00f2duls de vidre es poden classificar en diferents qualitats o categories i processar mitjan\u00e7ant processos de reciclatge
