{"id":1682,"date":"2020-06-15T18:33:52","date_gmt":"2020-06-15T16:33:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lenz-instruments.com\/?p=1682"},"modified":"2021-06-30T18:37:45","modified_gmt":"2021-06-30T16:37:45","slug":"lenz-instruments-inicia-les-seves-activitats-tecniques-en-el-marc-del-projecte-in4cis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lenz-instruments.com\/ca\/lenz-instruments-inicia-les-seves-activitats-tecniques-en-el-marc-del-projecte-in4cis\/","title":{"rendered":"LENZ INSTRUMENTS INICIA LES SEVES ACTIVITATS T\u00c8CNIQUES EN EL MARC DEL PROJECTE IN4CIS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marc de el projecte de recerca europeu <a href=\"https:\/\/lenz-instruments.com\/ca\/noves-metodologies-optiques-pel-control-en-linea-de-processos-de-fabricacio-de-cel%c2%b7lules-solars-dalta-eficiencia-basades-en-cigs\/\">In4CIS<\/a>, Lenz Instruments ha iniciat les seves tasques de disseny de sistema d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 \u00f2ptic per a dispositius fotovoltaics de tercera generaci\u00f3 basats en tecnologia CIGS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu en aquesta fase de disseny \u00e9s la integraci\u00f3 i automatitzaci\u00f3 de les metodologies desenvolupades per l&#8217;Institut d&#8217;Energies Renovables de Catalunya (IREC) en un banc d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 optimitzat per treballar en condicions reals de producci\u00f3. El sistema en desenvolupament ser\u00e0 posteriorment validat a la planta pilot de fabricaci\u00f3 de ZSW (Zentrum f\u00fcr Sonnenenergie- und Wasserstoff-Forschung Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des del punt de vista t\u00e8cnic, un dels reptes tecnol\u00f2gics a abordar en aquesta primera fase \u00e9s el desenvolupament d&#8217;un cap\u00e7al sensor que integri els m\u00f2duls d&#8217;il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 i col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de llum, aix\u00ed com el seu acoblament amb el sistema de posicionament XY que permetr\u00e0 l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de diferents zones del m\u00f2dul fotovoltaic per analitzar la seva homogene\u00eftat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En base als estudis de modelitzaci\u00f3 realitzats per l&#8217;IREC, es pret\u00e9n a m\u00e9s implementar models de predicci\u00f3 que permetin estimar les propietats el\u00e8ctriques dels dispositius finals d&#8217;acord amb la resposta \u00f2ptica (espectres Raman i fotoluminisc\u00e8ncia) observada en la capa activa de el dispositiu, abans de la seva fabricaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"593\" height=\"340\" src=\"https:\/\/lenz-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-19.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lenz-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-19.png 593w, https:\/\/lenz-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-19-300x172.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest projecte ha rebut finan\u00e7ament de l&#8217;ERA-NET Solar Cofund 2, amb cofinan\u00e7ament de CDTI i de el Programa Marc de Recerca i Innovaci\u00f3, Horitz\u00f3 2020, de la Uni\u00f3 Europea.
