Aquests processos (PDT), impliquen utilitzen elements dopants i aliants alcalins per aconseguir efici\u00e8ncies de conversi\u00f3 fotovoltaica de m\u00e9s de l&#8217;20%. Tant el desenvolupament i optimitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests nous processos de fabricaci\u00f3, com el seu escalat a escala industrial, requereixen per\u00f2 d&#8217;el desenvolupament de nous sistemes d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 i monitoritzaci\u00f3 capa\u00e7os de proporcionar informaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia sobre les propietats dels materials sintetitzats. El desenvolupament de noves tecnologies d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 \u00e9s un element cr\u00edtic de cara a assegurar el desenvolupament i implantaci\u00f3 de noves tecnologies de fabricaci\u00f3 de dispositius fotovoltaics de tercera generaci\u00f3.<br>En el marc d&#8217;aquest projecte col\u00b7laboratiu, Lenz Instruments lidera el desenvolupament de sistema d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia per m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics basats en CIGS. El sistema proposat combina diverses t\u00e8cniques \u00f2ptiques (espectrosc\u00f2pia Raman i fotoluminisc\u00e8ncia) per obtenir informaci\u00f3 espectral en base a la qual predir les propietats i caracter\u00edstiques dels materials obtinguts. Aquests processos (PDT), impliquen utilitzen elements dopants i aliants alcalins per aconseguir efici\u00e8ncies de conversi\u00f3 fotovoltaica de m\u00e9s de l&#8217;20%. Tant el desenvolupament i optimitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests nous processos de fabricaci\u00f3, com el seu escalat a escala industrial, requereixen per\u00f2 d&#8217;el desenvolupament de nous sistemes d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 i monitoritzaci\u00f3 capa\u00e7os de proporcionar informaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia sobre les propietats dels materials sintetitzats. El desenvolupament de noves tecnologies d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 \u00e9s un element cr\u00edtic de cara a assegurar el desenvolupament i implantaci\u00f3 de noves tecnologies de fabricaci\u00f3 de dispositius fotovoltaics de tercera generaci\u00f3.En el marc d&#8217;aquest projecte col\u00b7laboratiu, Lenz Instruments lidera el desenvolupament de sistema d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia per m\u00f2duls fotovoltaics basats en CIGS. El sistema proposat combina diverses t\u00e8cniques \u00f2ptiques (espectrosc\u00f2pia Raman i fotoluminisc\u00e8ncia) per obtenir informaci\u00f3 espectral en base a la qual predir les propietats i caracter\u00edstiques dels materials obtinguts. Aquest sistema permetr\u00e0 l&#8217;optimitzaci\u00f3 dels processos de s\u00edntesi, facilitar\u00e0 el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;escalat, i en darrer terme, permetr\u00e0 la implantaci\u00f3 de sistemes de control de qualitat per a garantir la qualitat dels dispositius i processos de
