El projecte est\u00e0 finan\u00e7at pel programa marc de recerca i innovaci\u00f3 de la Uni\u00f3 Europea Horitz\u00f3 2020 (grant agreement n\u00ba 958243).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reciclatge de PVB del vidre laminat presenta diverses dificultats relacionades amb el contingut de vidre, la humitat, la barreja de composicions i la degradaci\u00f3 \u00f2ptica del pol\u00edmer, que impedeixen la seva reutilitzaci\u00f3 en la fabricaci\u00f3 de nous productes. SUNRISE demostrar\u00e0 dins de l&#8217;actual negoci de reciclatge de vidre l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una innovadora eina de classificaci\u00f3 \u00f2ptica basada en t\u00e8cniques industrials en l\u00ednia combinada amb algoritmes d&#8217;Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial. Aquesta classificaci\u00f3 permetr\u00e0 que despr\u00e9s del reciclatge mecano-qu\u00edmic les diferents qualitats de PVB obtingudes puguin ser reutilitzades incloent l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de nou com a capa interm\u00e8dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;un projecte que s&#8217;executar\u00e0 en tres anys i mig i que involucrar\u00e0 a 20 participants: empreses tecnol\u00f2giques, fabricants i recicladors de vidre laminat, i centres d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3 de diversos pa\u00efsos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marc d&#8217;aquest projecte, Lenz Instruments liderar\u00e0 les tasques de desenvolupament i industrialitzaci\u00f3 de el sistema d&#8217;inspecci\u00f3 \u00f2ptic per a la classificaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia del pol\u00edmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lenz-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1646\" width=\"567\" height=\"427\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El passat 1 de juny de 2021 es s&#8217;ha iniciat el <a href=\"https:\/\/sunrise-project.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projecte europeu SUNRISE<\/a>, en el qual es planteja el desenvolupament de noves solucions per a la separaci\u00f3 i reciclatge del polivinilbutiral (PVB) procedent de vidre laminat.
